Hey!, I have a couple of issues with my 95 Disco. Theres is loud thumping from the bottom end of the engine and tapping from i guess the valves. When i drive it the sound gets louder and its like there is no power at all. Its very hard for me to make it up hills. Im not sure what the problem is, please help!

lifters are a common issue on those, however get the specs to perform an oil pressure test to eliminate the bottom end noise. follow the procedure to the 't'. you should also be able to lift the vehicle and remove the drivers side tire and put your ear and close as you can to the motor, if it is really bad like a thumping on your front door, sorry mate i dont have good news for you after that, however the oil pressure test will confirm any thoughts.
