96 disco will not start but the engine turn.I need to know how hard to install the fuel pump?How to do it?Thanks

 

How do you know it is the pump? have you checked the pressure, how about the fuse and relay/ If it is bad make sure you change the fuel filter also.
The pump is easy to change, just pul up your cargo carpet go thru the access plate to the tank, remove and replace the pump.

just be careful not to round off the the nuts on the fuel lines....they have a tendancy to round off

 

Found the problem,just loose connection.Thanks everyone for the help.

 

changed fuel filter yesterday morn , everything ok until pm when car stopped. no noise from fuel pump [not working] keeps blowing fuse as soon as ign turned on. do i have to drop fuel tank to get to fuel pump ? thanks

 

Check the fuel pump relay before you go pulling the fuel pump. Also the fuel pump can be accessed thru the cargo floor, under the carpet id a plate to let you pull the pump.
