Anyone else replaced these before? The bolts that the hold the bumper cap to the bracket seem really difficult to get to, and not helped by being exposed to water, mud, etc., and looking pretty rusty. Any advice would be helpful.

 

One of mine actually fell off on the way to work today I've had plans to weld some metal ones on there. I'll post pics when I get to it
