Default Abs issues

Just purchased my 2003 discovery se. Abs, srs, brake and downhill light are all on. The scan said the front right wheel speed sensor was bad. Replaced it, but lights are all still on? Also found another plug laying next to the abs module. Any help would rock!

The combination of ABS, SRS, and downhill lights is known as the Three Amigos. Searching on here for that name will turn up a whole host of diagnostic info for you to work with. Adding the brake light would make it Four Amigos -- which I have also seen mentioned.

Once you have corrected the particular fault you have to erase the code in the ECU otherwise it remains resident and will show every time you access the diag. If you don't it will, as in the case of the 3 Amigos, still show the dash light faults.
