Question Accelerator hard to push after new line installed

Help please. I just picked up my 03 disco after having both the line from reservoir to upper radiator and line from throttle body to reservoir replaced. Now my accelerator is hard to push as if it is either not allowing enough air intake or not allowing a correct ratio of air to escape, or too much air is in the line. I'm not exactly sure how the line is having an impact on this or how it is relative to the accelerator. I'm assuming this has something to do with the new line from the throttle body as it worked just fine prior to bringing it in this morning. Is there likely an improper adjustment in something when they installed the new line that would explain why the accelerator is now not working properly? Something is wrong that needs to be corrected. Please advise.

The cables and linkage are right near where the throttle body heater line runs. Check to see that they didn't bump one of the cables off the linkage or bend the cables at the bracket. There are two cables side by side. One for the accelerator and one for the cruise control.
