Default Air in rack

I have a 1999 LR RR 4.0 SE the motor shuts off or runs bad sometimes and I noticed that sometimes it just shuts off. When I check the injector rack it seems to be pressurized air , when I bleed off the air it will re start any Ideas ?

Return line? Fuel temp sensor? ECU is supposed to use wider (longer) injector pulses when doing a hot restart to remove vapor lock.

The link was great it seems hard to find on Land Rover information on Land Rover letter head. I can't seem to find anything on the options , When the key is turned on it tells me that 3 windows are not set ? and I can't seem to shut off the AC ? The row of buttons below the main AC screen always has one control lit ? Usually the first one on the left. This is a USA LR RR 4.0 SE some tell me it's a P38 How do you tell ? Thanks for all your help!
