i have a 99 disco 11 and every so often when i turn off the ignition it emptys the 2 rear airbags and the back end drops right down it will go back up again when you hit the button to raise it again but it can be a paip in the butt waiting for it to come up again plus when it goes down it dont look as impressive can anyone help ?there is no leaks from the bags for they will stay up for weeks . is it a sensor ?

 

You will need to get it to a Rover shop where they can scan the SLS system with a test book or auto logic scanner. It may be something as simple as reprograming the system.

I CAN TELL YOU I HAVE SEEN THIS PROBLEM MANY TIMES...
IT IS THE AIR BAGS LEAKING, AND IT ALL DEPENDS ON THE ANGLE OF THE CAR ONCE ITS PARKED. THE AIR BAGS GET TINY HOLES IN THEM AND THEY CLOSE UP WHEN THE CAR SITS ON A DIFFERENT ANGLE.. IF ITS NOT THE BAGS THEN A LEAK MUST BE PRESENT AT THE VALVE BLOCK.. HIGHLY UNLIKEY THOUGH
