Air suspension question

RR 2008 HSE

When raising the suspension, should the front and back come up at the same time, or front and then back?

No, it should raise the rear, and then the front. This is a design feature that LR has had since the RRC, and is setup in this manner to avoid the headlights from blinding anyone that is looking towards the vehicle.
