Default Automatic Lockers

Can you run Detroit lockers in the front and rear. On Ebay,(billfordsonly) can supply lockers for the front and rear for $525 each. Is this a good price...Any known problems running Dteroits on both axels.

Default lockers

Call Bill at Great Basin Rovers...more info than you could ever digest, sells & installs lockers. Keith at Rovertracks is another great resource. yes, detriot rear and tru-trac front is a popular combo; most LR owners choose to install ARB air lockers. There is quite a bit to consider before buying lockers and depending on your purpose/driving style, simply dropping in Detroits will lead to other required upgrades to consider in HD axels, gear sets, driveline, etc...The cost of lockers is just the beginning...there is a normal progression in upgrading componants to heavy -duty...Check out D-90 source (forum) as well...you can locate complete 3rd members for sale (new & used) with both ARB or Detriot lockers in various gear ratios as well.

FYI: including vehicle info. when posting will return the best info/help

good luck

No Detroits in the front. I run a Detroit in the rear with a front T.T. and it is a great combination.
