Hi,
Im having dificulty with my 2 door 01 td4 freelander. The catch on the back of the back seats on the left side is stuck, which means I cant release it to fold my seats down. Has this happened to anyone else here? Is there any one that can suggest a possible remedy?

try pushing on the seat first spray some silcone spray on the latch then try to release sometimes applying pressure toward the back of the car will release it good luck

 

release the seat still working and pull off the black cover (2 phillips head screws ) on the hinge plate between the back rest and base the rod is bent straighten it and then try it youll see what I mean when you see it
