I already re-ordered the warrantied one and its been in there for however long now with a box of surf wax covering the batt light so Ill just tough it out another week or so. The garage is pretty well packed full of stuff as well as both floors of the barn so I'm trying to avoid as well as cut down on having excess parts. Even tho I seemingly never fail to clean house 2 days before I need something I got rid of haha

Replaced the old new alt 3 days ago drove a few miles and everything seems to be in fine working order again thanks for the help everybody

Got the new one did about the same as last time and same problems. Salty 6 ways to Sunday bout this sass. Going to give Will a call after I get the refund for the first one back from partsgeek.com which might not be til I get back from England and just grab another one from LR. I'll save you guys the told you sos but lay them on me because I deserve them. Just trying to help out the interweb knowledge with my experience.
