Default Black smoke lack of hill power

Hey all.

I got a 2004 Freelander TD4 a few weeks back and went off on a 600 mile round trip with it.
Got to hills, lack of power and black smoke.
Have changed the long vacuum hose, turbo hoses seem fine, any ideas please?

black smoke is a sign of over-fueling I'd look at injectors pump etc
