I have a Discovery 5 HSE 2017. The boot lid will not open on the remote, it moves a few inches and stops, you press it again and it goes a bit further.

Opens fine on the button on the boot itself. The shelf also fails to move at all, even on the button inside the car. Tried a separate remote with the same result so its not the remote or the battery. Checked the car battery and that is OK.

Opens manually. All suggestions welcome but it seems the gas struts etc are fine. Can it all be reset.
