Default Brake & Horn Repair

2002 LR Discovery two issues 1- Horn not working replaced fuse and this temporarily corrected problem but when horn button on steering wheel is pushed fuse blows. How do you fix what/would be expected cost. 2 – Need brakes and rotors on all four wheels LR dealer quoted $1,400. I’m I getting ripped off/what would be appropriate number.

May have a bad horn blowing your fuse.
As for the brakes, go to Atlantic British, they have their brakes on sale.
