It looks like 2a hinges on the doors, I think the 3 had more defender-like flat hinges. Maybe just the later models?

Is the dash plastic or metal? Gauges in the middle or in front of the driver?

It looks 60's maybe early 70's series 109 2 or 2a been modded with series 3 lights or could be an early series 3. Many were modded 'cos the 2/2a lights were crap.

Scrap value for parting out. Restoration is a very expensive hobby on that one, you can easily bury $20K on it.

It's also a RHD.

Jafir had it right, it's a late IIa. The windshield and door hinges are the giveaway. The door hinges on the Series III were like those on a 90 or 110 and the windshield hinges were also more complicated. Deluxe bonnet, safari roof, full rear door, all nice items on a truck in reasonable shape. On this one, probably worth little more than scrap. Keep looking.
