The car will lock (or at least handles retract) when driving.

When stopped I cannot lock the doors.

Key fob will turn on the lights and open the tailgate but lock button does nothing (except for turn on a light or off in the glove box and a red light appears briefly in the dash board)

If I open a door or have the car running it will beep twice signaling a mislock.

If I use the app it says "timed out" if I try to lock the doors.

I've read places that it could be a faulty lock on one of the doors or trunk but it seems odd that they would lock while driving.

I've tried resetting and logging out of the app. Holding the service call button for 15 seconds and driving.

lock and unlock inside the car also do nothing. Both remotes will open lift and flash lights but not lock or unlock

I have now tried to look at any fuse that has a lock or door on it and they all seem intact

Before I take out every fuse one by one... any other ideas?

 

Hello, just taken delivery of a 2nd hand P250 and its done exactly the same thing. What did you conclude was the issue?
I have changed batteries in the remote and already emailed the dealer to ask them to resolve.
