Default Catalytic Chemistry 101 - how they work
Here are a couple of pages that show the chemical reactions taking place, and how those link to various rich, lean, and OK readings. This is from a Mercedes shop manual, but the chemistry would be the same. And a couple of IR pictures.

Thanks for the info.

Mine will be gone by spring and I will have the rear O2's turned off in the ECU so no MIL.
