clicking noise

Default clicking noise

I hear a clicking noise up front when i start to drive forward or reverse. It does not happen right away when i go into gear, it seem to be about a fews seconds after i am in gear fwd/ rev. I am would if this is part of the normal trans noises? thanks-caleb

What year and model, how many miles on the truck?
Could be the front drivwe shaft failing.

HI Disco Mike, It is a 2003 disco with 67,000 miles on it. Its entire life has been easy driving on flat terrian. Do you really think my front end drive shaft could be failing. Is there any trouble shooting i could do at my endCaleb

Better then half of them have because they can't be lubed.
