Hi wondered if anyone can help me

my 09 discovery 3 start making a banging noise
when I had a look at it the fan belt tensioner was bouncing all over the place.

So it to the tensioner off to find it was busted.
But when I started the car with out it on. It still made the noise and the pulley seamed to be wobbly

do you think it could could be the pulley or would this be the crank.
