Crazed headlamp lenses

Hi folks , I have a 2008 Freelander 2 . It has passed its MOT but I was advised that the headlamp lenses are crazed . Is this a common fault on a FREELANDER . Also are new lenses available or are there any ways of clearing the crazing .
(I know you can polish fading lenses but this is not fading it is crazing & only shows mainly when headlamps are on)
