Default D90 nas

Hey everybody. I have a D90 5spd with the 3.9 and just recently it has started to shake/vibrate when accelerating at speeds of 30+ mph. If you push the clutch in or let off the throttle at speed it stops. If you just rev the engine there are no vibrations. The computer does not have any codes and all the fluids appear fine. I've also climbed under and checked the drive shafts for play and do not see any funny tire wear or missing wheel weights.

Does anybody have any suggestions? I'm stumped. Thanks

Obvious thing to look at is drive shafts, but if they're ok... Does it only happen in one gear? is it only speed dependant, not 3rd gear at 30mph, and 4th at 45mph(or however the speeds work out).
But speed dependant, which it sounds like it is, you're looking t-case to wheels - drive shafts, diffs, cv joints(if you want to call them that).

Pull the propshafts and see if any u-joints are binding. You can't tell if they are or not without removing the shafts.

Thanks guys. I'm going to check the prop shafts tomorrow/this afternoon (it's raining right now) and will check back in.

So after some extensive checking it looks like the front drive shaft is bent. My question is can I drive it without the front drive shaft in while I wait for the new one?

Yes. Move the t-case shifter over to diff-lock, and you'll be in rear wheel drive once the shaft is removed.
