Hello, My Disco II '03 has started missing very bad and check engine light is flashing on and off. Any idea what is could be?

 

We don't even know what color it is how can we tell you what is wrong with it????????????????????????????
Have you read your owners manual, it will describe this???
Have you gone to have the codes read??
