DISCO MIKE PLEASE HELP!!

MY 1996 RANGE ROVER IS DISPLAYING THE MESSAGE "MARKET NOT SET".. I KNOW THAT IT MEANS THE LANGUAGE FOR THE MESSAGE CENTER IS NOT SET.. ANY IDEA HOW TO SET IT??

testbook is the dealer diagnostic equipment. You can get an autologic scanner that should be able to do the same for about $10K. Find and independant rover shop near you and have them set it. It will be cheaper...
