One option, f it runs drain oil/goo, install new filter, fill with ATF and run for a time you'd be comfortable with. Heard of using kero as well. Sure you'll get plenty of other suggests to choose from.

After slot of work it runs, I dumped sea foam in it, this morning though there is oil pooling in the valve covers so looks like I need to pull em and clean the returns, joy
