Faulty Inertia Switch?
Take a good look at the contacts that plug into the inertia switch, mine were burned and kept from making good contact with the inertia switch. I ended up cutting the wires and tieing them together to make my pump work.
So I once again bypassed the relay and the pump turned on but their is no pressure at all. I took off the valve on the pressure testing line in back of the engine and not a single drop of gasoline came out. Any ideas?
Fuel filter?? There have been posts about the fuel line disconnecting from the pump in the gas tank, but that would give you no fuel at all. If you hear the pump running, you should get furl, unless the line is pinched, filter plugged or something similar. Might be time to check the pump out.
I checked the fuel lines everything seemed fine but I will double check tomorrow.
The hazard lights are off I tapped the inertia switch and the lights go on the I reset it and the lights still stay on I have to go and unplug the relays and plug then back in.

If there is no pressure at the rail, and the pump runs, I'd guess either the pump is not connected to the line, plugged fuel filter, or something is draining the pressure off like a bad injector or pressure relief valve. disconnect the fuel filter and see if anything comes out of the line going from the pump.
Just a thought, when you crank the motor, the pump only gets power for a short time. If the motor doesn't start, the pump quits. Occasionally when my truck won't start, I have to turn off the key and back on so the pump runs again. (only happened twice)
Once you turn on the key, you have about 10-20 sec for the pump to run, then it quits. If the line is empty, you may have to cycle the key a bunch to get it filled again

The only way my pump is able to turn on is if I remove the relay and place straight current. Once it turns on I leave it on and come check the pressure and their is no fuel at all. Anyone know where the fuel filter is at. Does it look like any other filter?
