Default Fill cap broken (radiator)

My radiator fill cap reached the end of it's life expactancy today.. While driving the head broke off leaving the hollowed out (hollow about the size of a pencil) threaded section still in the radiator. How can I remove this? It almostappears fused in place.Any help would be appreciated.

Mike I'll add a little to the story. I have had intermittent AC use for a while now. (Blower fan stopping and starting while AC in use). It was having its normal spasm when it blew the cap off. I have tried to use easy out (screw extractor) to remove the cap to no avail. I just may have made the whole bigger and dropped little pieces into the radiator. (I figure I can flush them out later)

Thanks again
