Default Flush or drain and fill two high mileage tranny's?

Ive got two LR4's one with 205,000 and the other with 170,000 and neither has had the tranny serviced.. The 205,000 shifts perfectly with no issues. The 170,000 has very slight shuddering at low rpms going up inclines and but has the fluctuating RPMS at hwy speeds that seems to be cured with replacement of fluid. I've ready most posts about the pros and cons of doing a full service with dropping the pan etc. or just doing a drain and refill with some remaining in the torque convert. A BG shop is also near me for a flush thru the tranny oil cooler line. Hoping to get some advice on how I should service these transmissions. Also, I stopped at a reputable tranny shop and they suggested a drain and fill. They were hesitant to to a full service with the high miles.
