Our 2002 Freelander has intermittent signal light problems whereby the lights actually come on but they do not flash on occasion. Could this be a simple flasher problem? If so, does the Freelander have a normal flasher unit that one can easily replace? I've been told that the flasher is part of an larger integrated circuit that is quite expensive. THANKS!!
