Hi All
Have a fantastic V6 Freelander ( about 10 years old ) 40k and running very well but when hot it wont restart until cold say 1 hour later. Its been to a main dealer who couldnt find the fault but "reset all the codes" It was fine for about 3 weeks then the problem returned and now the wife wont use it !! It will restart when hot if you dont leave the engine too long say a few mins but leave it 10 and no go. I tried a spare plug in a cap when it wouldnt start and there did not seem to be a spark.

Seems like something simple to me to mend IF you know where the fault is.

Any clues ?
