Default Fuse Boxes and Bluetooth help

I have a 2016 LR4, I just finished some work on her and got her running. I was fussing with the radio over the weekend because I was trying to get it connected to my phone. Now I have a Galaxy 25 ultra it's been fully updated I added my friend's car the other day to it there should be no issues connecting the LR4 to it.

When I look at the screen the phone section says please pair phone but when I hit it to try to pair the phone nothing happens. I looked in the settings and there is no option on the screen for phone or bluetooth. I even hit the phone button and nothing happened with that either.

So find some research it says that it could be fuses that are in the passenger compartment fuse box, I looked in the manual and the manual says they're located on the upper passenger compartment fuse box. I'm not really sure where that is. So any help finding that would be fantastic.

I also saw that it could be the TCU that could have failed which I found that next to the fuse box behind the glove compartment.

Has anyone else come across this issue before?
If you guys could let me know where the upper passenger compartment fuse boxes would very helpful.
I have attached some photos
