Default grinding noise when i turn to the right

Alrighty i have a grinding noise coming from my right front wheel. It only grinds when I turn right and you can only here the grinding if the vehicle is traveling over 35km/hr.

It doesnt sound like the standard wheel bearing whine when they go. Do wheel bearings make a grinding noise sometimes instead of the whine.

Im taking a look at it this weekend, any one had this before or any suggestions be i go into it.

When wheel bearings are really bad they grind not whine. Grind is when they are on the way out. But, if it is ONLY making noise when turning and not going straight all the time then it sounds like the bearing is in need of adjustment if it isn't a sealed hub its hitting the rotors with the brake pad squealler things because the bearing is out of adjustment and is allowing too much slack.

that bearing is not "adjustable"....the bearing/hub assy may be going bad and when you turn its putting stress on the brake caliper & disc....get it jacked up ,have a look, and if there's any play in the bearing....it's probably toast

Wheel bearing. When it gets really bad it'll trigger the 3 amigos.

okay I decided to replace both drivers and passengers wheel bearing for good measure. All is good and no more grinding. Also while I was in there I noticed one of the axle shafts boots were torn a bit so I took it apart cleaned it and re greased it and new boot.
