Default Help....

I have 95 Discovery. Was having trouble starting so I just cleaned the plenum chamber, throttle body and intake manifold. Also ran can of sea foam through. Yesterday was first day it started right up with no hesitation and I took it for a ride and it stalled out and now it is on the side of a road and it seems like it is not getting any fuel. Should I try changing fuel filter as a first step toward figuring out what the problem is? Before I cleaned it and did sea foam it was not starting right up....I had to keep it turned over till eventually it would start so that seems to me like it is not getting enough fuel to start right up initially. Then I did all the cleaning. Yesterday it started right up then it stopped running? Can someone let me know if this sounds like I need a new fuel filter? Fuel pump? Thanks.

Mike-845-891-9605 is my cell...I can be reached all day today. I need to figure out how to get it off side of road without needing a tow. Father-in-law said to use starter fluid to see if I can get it home but I an reluctant to do that...
