Default Help with 3 Amigos

I have a 2002 Disco II with 95k miles. I am working to try and clear the "3 Amigos" on my dash board. Last night I used the "ABS Amigo" to try and clear the 3 lights from my dash. After several attempts it did not work. The ABS Amigo did allow me to download a file with the problem. I am hoping someone can decode the message and help me determine what work needs to be done on my Disco. Thanks in advance!

All you have to do is read it to see that you have a r/f sensor that has failed. Replace it first then read to see if the 114 code goes away, if your lucky it may.
You have to realize, this scanner won't fix things that have failed, only allow you to read them, sometimes turning off the 3 Amigo's if it was just a glitch.
So, how mechanical are you?

Does it mean the wheel hub needs to be changed for sure? Is there anything else to check first? Could it be a connector issue? Looks like some special tools are required for the wheel hub change, is it a "dealer only" fix? Cost of part? (If that is what needs to be done.)

I have replaced the window regulator and and headlight on my Rover. That's it. So I wouldn't say I am very technical, but I am also not afraid to tackle a project up to a 5 on a scale of 1 to 10.

If the wire connection is loose or severed for the wheel hub, can the positive and negative wires simply be soldered back together?

So, it is time to get some help from a good mechanic that knows Rovers.
First, are the brakes squeaking?

If the solution is to change the wheel hub for sure this is a link to show how to do it:

http://www.discovery2.co.uk/fronthub.html

Also I would very strongly recommend you repost the original post in a different area on this forum for more exposure and more ideas. Where this is has low volume traffic, most people don't even look here. Put the post under "vehicle lineup" and then "Discovery" THAT is where people with Disco's look, most people probably look no-where else here. (Based on the posting amounts for each area) Around 9 thousand versus over 85 thousand posts
