Default Help M A P sensor location 2004 discovery

I have a 2004 land rover discovery and I am new to the land rovers and the engine service light came on I read the codes and the map sensor was one I can't locate it anywhere tho

It's located on air intake tube between air filter housing and throttle body.

If I'm not mistaken that's the maf or mass air flow sensor the map is manifold absolute pressure

Just throwing this out there… there is a MAP sensor on a Td5 engine but not a V8.

Correct^^^no MAP sensor on V8.

My eyes read what they want to read that early in the morning...lol.
