Default help!!!!!!! please

i have a 2000 disco 2. 90k new plugs (cheap ngks) wires,crank position sensor,mass air flow sensor. im still getting a rough idle after warmed up and after about 30mph on acceleration im getting a vibration. loss of power and mpg. any advice?

problem slowly has gotten worse since tune up about 3-4 months ago?

vaccume leak,system lean and o2 sensor. is it possible that the cheap plugs i used could be causing this? i have also to the best of my ability checked all vaccume lines but i didnt find any cracks or anything.?

Its not the plugs, I usually run $.99 plugs, cheap copper plugs are what came in your truck.
Did you replace the plug wires too?
Are you loosing any coolant?

yes i did the wires also. no coolant loss.

ok i just got back from auto parts store heres the codes that are coming up p0139,p0130,p0171 and p0455 thank-you
