Default How to erase error codes...?

Hi all.
Is it possible to erase error codes without an OBDII scan reader, like pulling a specific ECU fuse for a while?
Will that also clear memorized driving habits ?
Just bought a Discovery 2000; believe the previous owner driving habits are of no interest to me (or the vehicle) now. What am i missing to consider ?
Thanks

you need an OBDII scan reader, and a basic OBD2 will not clear all codes, some codes have to be cleared using a LR specific scanner.

If you want to reset the driving "memory" you need to reset the ECU with a OBDII scanner.
It will then take about 400 miles to reset.
Or you can just drive it your way for the next 400 miles and not worry about it.
