You have two more connectors from the inertia to fuel pump - C277 and C407. C277 is behind the fuses under the steering wheel and not easy to find or get access to. C407 is easier, inside frame rail at drivers side rear wheel. That connector is usually the one that gives everyone trouble in the rust belt. I'd check that one for power to the pump.......C407. This is a Disco wiring loom.

The change is there is a splice between the inertia and fuel pump, no connectors except the two obvious ones. Could not find the splice location in the Rave.

IHS thx schematic are not my thing, im in the middle of phisically tracing the wires from the i/s to connector. I have a question for you the I/S has a brown and orange with power and two white wires one vilolet the other a blue stripe. Which one should have power coming out?

White/Blue goes right to the fuel pump motor, that's power.

White/Purple goes to the BeCM, sense line.

Orange/Brown goes to the float from BeCM and probably splices through the inertia on it's way to the float.
