Default I could really use some help

Long story short, have done the head gaskets and everything was fine then I started to see oil from around the drivers side head (between head and block). Being very picky I pulled the head to correcrt problem only to find everyhting looked fine but the combustion chamber and piston hah alot of carbon build up. It didn't have this much the first time I did it and it had 60000 on it and this time was 5000 miles. The problem I see is oil in all the intake plenum runners. I cleaned the pcv valve in the valve cover (pcv was very clean and hose looks good and all cylinders look perfect. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

2004 disco
68000 miles.
