Default Incorrect Ratio in Gear 4 NOT MAF!!! Help!

My 2003 Disco keeps throwing a Service Engine Soon light with 3 codes: Too Lean Bank 1, Too Lean Bank 2, and Incorrect Ratio Gear 4. I replaced the MAF sensor and it fixed the first two but I'm still getting the incorrect ratio in gear 4.... Any thoughts on what to do next???????
Thanks!!!

Replacing the MAF and then clearing the codes, should have fixed the problem. Is your filter new or at least clean?
