So I change the intake gasket today and I’ve ran into an issue. 08 lr3 4.4L. I smoke tested it the other day and saw smoke pouring from the bottom of the plenum. So I went in today and changed the gasket. Checked every connection and vacuum line before firing it up. Now when I start it idles high and shuts off immediately. After scanning again I’m getting a misfire on all 8 cylinders. Where did I go wrong? Did I seat the gasket wrong ? Or the gasket I got was wrong?. I don’t have the smoke machine at the moment to test again. Im stumped and I’m trying to get my truck out the shop. Any ideas where to start?
