L322 MKiii 2004 when driving over uneven streets at low speed there is noise from the front of the car like some parts were loose.

We lifted the car to see underneath and some techs identified some parts that appeared slightly loose.


I am not entirely confident in the techs conclusions so wanted advice from the community.

What are these parts named and is this the likely culprit or is there something else we should test and look at? What additional preventative maintenance and other recommended parts should we replace now?

Sway bar link. Disconnect it from the bar and take it for a drive. See if the noise goes away.
