L322 running rough after severe cold weather

Hi all, 2011 HSE, 5.0 178,000 K Ms, has ran excellent without a hiccup until a week of brutally cold weather awhile ago. Vehicle was parked outside for about 5 days and the temps. dipped into the -35' to - 40'C for 5 days straight. Plugged in the block heater one morning and tried starting after 3 hours, it cranked longer than usual, just about started, then stumbled and died. Battery drained down trying to start it, placed charger on for rest of the and tried again to start in the evening. It cranked and cranked and cranked but wouldn't fire, kept cranking and it finally fired up, ran really rough, but smoothed out relatively quickly. Car threw a whole whack of codes, noted the codes and cleared them, following morning, car started but the idle was very sporadic, up to 1800rom, then down to 300, then back up, after a few of these it would die. I restart and eventually the idle smooths out after 2 or 3 of these stalling cycles. The display indicates restricted performance and the car has barely enough power to get up to highway speed. I've discovered that after the engine warms up, if you shut it off and restart it, it has full power and runs relatively well, but will randomly stall in gear at idle. It has run this way since the cold snap and we have come to live it until I can fix it. I'm looking for any advice in where to start diagnosing this. These are the codes that always come back after I clear them.
P0300
P0101, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07 & 08 - Cylinder 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 misfire
P0316 random misfire detected on startup (first 1000 revolutions)
P0087 - Fuel rail/system pressure too low
P0088 - Fuel rail/system pressure too high
P0506 - Idle air control system rpm lower than expected
Any assistance or comments are greatly appreciated, thank you.

We had a nasty cold snap, brutal, 2 weeks of absolute misery with wind chills down to -55'C It sucks, winter here is brutal and very, very hard on vehicles.

Thanks Dank, where can i tie in with a fuel pressure gauge? I purchased the JLR SSD software, but its proving to be a real pain in the *** to install. I wrench on many, many vehicles, but this is our first Land Rover machine so I don't really have a good place to start looking, especially with that many codes all at once. At first I thought maybe a bad O2 sensor but quickly ruled that out. Systematically went through MAF sensors, intake leaks, O2 sensors, clean throttle body, voltages and resistance checks out on all those.
Its still doing the exact same thing today as it was the day it first happened, first cold start, erratic high and low RPM, followed by 2 or 3 stalls, after 3rd or 4th start smooths out somewhat but stays in restricted performance mode until the engine is warm and is cycled off and on. Once warm, shut it off, open and close the door, start it up and you're back to full power. if you don't do that, it will stay in restricted mode all day until its shut off and restarted. Fuel consumption if difficult to determine if there is any substantial difference as the majority of the use is in town and driven by the wife.
Thanks in advance for any further suggestions, cheers!
