Land Rover discovery 2 lockout
Hi everyone
My land Rover discovery two burnt out it's transfer box few months ago and has been sitting ever since the battery is dead and went i went to try and open it with the key manually i was pleased to find it didnt work *sigh* so i think the best way for me is to override the bonnet catch and put a jump pack on the battery so i can open it with the centeral locking system, but i have no clue how over ride the bonnet? Or is there a better way if anyone has any tips please let me know! Thanks

You should be able to connect a jumper cable to the positive terminal of the starter from the underside of the vehicle. That will allow you to connect a battery -- or charge the one that's in it -- and allow you to use the remote to unlock it.
