I am fairly new to Land Rover Ownership, 99 Disco 2, I just replaced all 4 shocks with some Bilsteins about a week ago. A few days ago I started hearing a noise from the left front tire area when either going straight over bumps in a road or when I turn into my driveway over the small curb. I have taken the tire off twice over two night period and inspected everything that I did with replacing the shock along with all the joints around the front left suspension. I read some of the forums on CV joints but I am not getting any noise when just turning. It just happens when I go over bumps in the road or turn over a bump. Hopefully someone can help because it is very frustrating. I am attending a club function this weekend so maybe someone there will have the answer.

Drifting
If the noise is just at low speed you could try changing the antiroll bar link on that side as these make a variety of sounds when they are on the way out .
