Default LR2 2008 Knock sensor fault

We recently changed head gasket, it failed (loss of power, engine oil leak etc.) 2 months ago by low coolant/overheating causing fault as engine check and reduced engine performance on display. the repairing started and Timing done by timing of both crank and cam. Now assembled and started with an old battery of 80Ahr, we find car starts only one time with no sound/knocking after repairing but not starting second time, followed by 2-3 failed starts , it started but producing knocking sound. the fault comes in scanner NOX sensor fault, BCM failed, reduced engine performance, Cam position sensor, MAF, PRESSURE SENSOR, we then checked knock sensors, the right side one (battery side) is receiving voltage from ECM in its socket but left side (beneath the thermostat) not having any voltage. Checked cam shaft, timing also disturbed. We are concluding voltage drop from ECM due to battery is not proper so required current taken by all parts make voltage drop, secondly there may be moisture/dirt in ECM pin contact block so dropping voltage. Are we right ? or ECM has gone , since all sensor get power from ECM ? Please advise, what could be the possible reasons.

not yet my mechanic stated it’s some wiring issue and he will resolve or finally if not possible will change ECM. Now let me know so I need to reprogram ECM if I replace from identical vehicle. !
