I was troubleshooting similar and found this from another forum:
There are three 15 amp fuses behind the lower glove box as below.
34P for the accessory socket in the front
19P for the accessory socket in the centre
47P for the accessory socket in the rear
You might put a volt meter on both sides of each fuse to see if there is power at the fuse.
The is a relay R203 in front of the three fuses powered from a 50 amp fuseable link, (17E) in the engine compartment fuse box; also try a volt meter there on both sides of the fuseable link if no power at the actual fuses. If there is power on both sides of the fuseable link but no power at the fuses, then maybe the relay is the problem.
