Default my

my disco won't turn off,unless I put my foot on the footbrake,
its bin fine for 18 months. I've checked the alternator and one out of the three wires at the back of the alternator has current runing through it when it shouldn't. can anypne help me coz its coming up for its test soon, so I need to sort it

Are you saying that if you are at a stop with the vehicle in "Park", and then turn the ignition switch to the off position, the engine stays running unless you put your foot on the brake pedal?

If so-- this is a new one!

We have seen Disco's not turn off with the key, but this is corrected by changing out the electrical portion of the ignition switch. I have them in stock for $108.00
