Naked RR P38
Hello Forum readers
I did buy a P38 4.6 1997 with low milage (81.000) with no papers.
I'm planning to make a cross car of it.
So what I want to do is to bypass things and take everything out thats not nessesary to drive.
I understand that the BeCM is doing the motor management, so I cant do without the BeCM I think.
But it also regulates a lot of other things and receives signals from all over the car.
As the car will be without doors and perhaps without the air suspension it wil give alarms to the BeCM and/or the BeCM wil never go to sleep mode!
Also the sucurity, entrance and starting should be as simple as possible,
(Starting not depended on al kind of alarm and sensor signals)
So I dont want any alarms and or status signal interfere with the starting or running of the engine.
I know a lot about electrics and electronics but the RR P38 is completly new for me:-(
Is there Anybody who has experience with this and give me some help.
If I could get some help I could give reports on the forum about the progress:-)
Anybody???
