Default Nanocom Sale

Nanocom has a 20% off sale ending 12/31. A evolution for a DII ends up being around $375 shipped.

Yes, idiot friendly, especially because they have a support forum AND just about everyone in Australia has one, so the aulro forum is also great help with D2 nanocom questions.

Not sure about ACE, because i've never had it, but probably. And it does everything else. The ONLY thing I know of that it doesn't do is re-flash a petrol v8 ECM for D2/P38.

It does more. It can re-sync computers, odometers, reprogram features in the cluster, change and view the EKA, record live data to a CSV file on an SD card, and on some models it can even reprogram the computers.

It doesn't support models older than D2/P38 though.

so it is not an open source system, you pay for each model.
I was under the impression the reason it was so much better was it covered all models.
thanks

It's not VIN locked like the IID tool or the Faultmate, but you do have to pay for each type of system you want to work on. So I've got Motronic Engine, D2 other systems, and LR3/Canbus. So I can work on any D2 that isn't TD5 and any LR3. I MIGHT be able to read engine codes on a motronic P38, but I'm not sure.

NCOM15:
Motronic Petrol V8 Engine Management Systems

Functions include Reading and Clearing of Faults, Settings, including programming records, live data Inputs, checking of output functions and also the ability to reset the adaptive values. The Motronic ECU cannot be programmed by the Nanocom Evolution

about to click pay, but have one quick ??
so after I swap engines, this will allow me to clear all the stored adaptive values. this help me get the best, quickest results with the new lump? not working with the current stored values, like starting at square 1, correct?

btw, yes it has some ace features. it can calibrate sensors and bleed in addition to code reading.
