Default Need help Bad

My A/C blows cold for 10-15 mins then the 10 amp fuse blows under the hood it blows faster if i Put the car in drive and drive a couple on mins . Ive managed to have the air on as long as 30 mins while idling but as soon as I drive between 3 and 10 mins the fuse blows. I also have the down hill decent control light on and the Traction Control light on the ABS light is not on. (no three amigos) only two right now.. My alternator is making a high pitched sound but still charging well. I have had three blown head gaskets in 130k miles. once due to a water pump failure. the other two unexplained except for it happens on disco's I have a 1999 disco 2. i had my front drive shaft fall off and I installed a new A/C compressor last year in fall and used it for a few weeks and this year my 10 amp A/C fuse keeps blowing in the under the hood fuse box.

it's the only 10 amp fuse in the fuse box with an AC symbol I dont know what its connected too I thought it was for the electric fan. I am not very good mechanic I have managed to do some repairs myself after getting help.
